I think my friend has a ghost in her house!

Back in Feb. of this year my friend, whom I have known for more than 20yrs, told me that she might have something in her home. Now take in mind that my friend is a skeptic when it comes to ghost. This particular day she was watching television in bed and got up to go to the restroom, when she felt someone or something pushing her down on to the bed. She claims she saw a dark shadow above her bed and then suddenly disappear. She got up and went to the restroom, while telling herself it was just her imagination. She returned to the room and saw the shadow again above her bed. Then dissappeared when she turned on the light. She has had a few more experiences since then, like she feels a presence behind her when she is washing dishes. Her fiance has heard her voice when he is alone in her house. She is not so worried about herself but for her son. She is willing to have someone go to the house and see if it is a ghost or something else. Can anyone help me find someone to go to her house and check things out? She is in a rut with money and the ones that do want to go and investigate are asking her to pay alot of money. She also wants to know if someone can help her find out the history of the house and the town she lives in or if the fact that her fiance is the cause since he is Hopi Indian and all these things started happening after she met her fiance. Any help would be really appreciated.
