I agree with the first one-- people can surprise you. That's the great thing about us being the complex creatures that we are-- just when we seem the most predictable, we do something unpredictable. The second one, I gotta disagree with. If you go through life not trusting people, then you won't be building very good relationships with anyone. Sure trust is vulnerable. That's what makes it so precious.  |
