This has happened to me a lot....Lol. What I do, since I have a modem, is I just unplug it and plug it back in. It's just like you're restarting your internet. Usually it works then. But I don't know of any other way, sorry!  |

I agree with GA!! I have DSL too and I get this every once and a while, I do exactly what GA does. Except all I have to do is turn off this switch on the wall. It powers everything off. Even the fone & light. Then I come back and it usually works. Good luck! *huggs*  |

i havnt been able to get on for 2 weeks on anyone's account (on my computer) because it says the password is wrong....but it works on other computers  Sucks  |

Usually that's the generic message that MSN displays when there are server problems. Nine times out of ten, you can't sign on because of problems with MSN Messenger and it ultimately has nothing to do with your internet being faulty. It's an error somewhere within MSN but they're usually semi-prompt about getting it fixed. This will happen sporadically to any messenger. -  |

Have you tried sending a message to the messenger service??? My USM Said that he has been having problems signing in to messenger service...it will ultimately kick him back out before he gets signed in...Sounds Like it is a problem with MSN Messenger....Sometimes it will say that it cannot sign me in because I am behind a firewall...Try doing an Automatic Sign In...This is what I did...I Hope this Helps...But I would send them an e mail explain the problem to them...Best Wishes....T/C....  |
