Light, gentle moonlight
The stars shining down
On a world
Where only we exist
Laughing can be heard
Off in the distance
Coming from the angels
That are blessing us
They watch our love
Blossoming like a rose
And send down rain
To water it more
A soft ballad plays
Sung by the angels
As they watch us dance
And get lost in each other's eyes
They send a blanket
Of flowers and warmth
As we fall asleep
Under the stars together
Even if they don't exist
We have angels looking down on us
To see love blossom
And always prevail
