old man and the duck

I have been having some weird dreams lately, and I think this one takes the cake..

I live in a two bedroom appartment and both bedrooms are upstairs. In my dream I was laying down in bed with my boyfriend, unable to sleep, when I heard a noise downstairs. I ran downstairs and saw that the door leading into the neighbors' appartment (in reality this door leads to a TINY bathroom) was standing half open.

I walked up to the door, peaked around and saw an old man standing there with a duck - he was trying to put a leash on it. I was mad that the door had been open since this meant they were IN my appartment, so I slammed the door shot so hard it flew open in the wrong direction.

Then the old man comes running through the door dragging the duck on a leash and tackles me. The things he was trying to do to me are not G rated.... His hands were around my neck so I couldn't yell for help, so I rolled over on top of him and started trying to strangle him.

All I could think about the whole time was trying to make a loud enough noise so my boyfriend would come help me.

With all these weird nightmares I am starting to dread sleep.
