As he was making his list for that night, He remembered it was Cops Go around the town looking for criminals night. So he couldn't do anything. Then he thought maybe he could kill the cops then the town would be powerless. The plan was in place and it would happen tonight. But would it work? he thought. It was sunset and as the reddish,tan sunset he turned into Mr.Evil. There was a cop car and he looks inside and the cop is eating a sugarglazed Krispy Creme donut and coffee. The cop was staring at the floor. Mr.Evil had to do it now. He was ready to strike with his jaws lowering down.
