ya, I live right on the river and people drive this road way two fast, so I've seen so many acciedents. Just a couple weeks ago a young couple who weren't wearing their seatbelts, went over the cliff and in the river, they both died. It's so sad. As for fires, I caught on fire when I was 13 or 14, and I've got some scares on my backside to prove it and in september there was a fire on my property and we lost a buch of stuff. So, ya I've seen some bad thing's in this life. |

Well, I don't know if it's the same thing but I EXPERIENCED both first hand. When I was 14 or 15 we were in a car accident..it had been raining and my mom's tire went into the mud at the side of the road as we turned a corner, we glanced off of a tree and rolled down a very long hill before ending up with the car upside down. We all escaped without any serious injury..my brother flew up and hit the stereo and cut his head which required stitches. Then, when I was 16, we had a fire in the bedroom that my sisters and I shared. Turns out that my brother had been upstairs sneaking a cigarette, heard one of us girls coming up the stairs and pitched the cigarette (thinking it would go out), and it landed on a spare mattress under one of the sets of bunkbeds where it smoldered until like 2 am when it caught and started a fire. LUCKILY, I had some friends over and we had all slept downstairs and we all got out okay after smelling the smoke and the fire department was able to stop the fire before any other rooms were affected, but the bedroom was ruined and needed total redoing. But it could have been worse. |

I watched a accident happen right in front of our car....lady hit one of those highway grass mowers...torn the roof off her car ...she then continued on over all lanes of the highway...up a hill and hit a tree....I got out of my car and ran across the lanes to her.....she was out with a serious head injury...I had to take my kids' shirts and hold to her head over the amount of blood....I stayed with her until the EMT's got there and the chopper was able to take her to the hospital...plus I've had a couple of accidents myself with deer....and when I was almost 5 I caught my house on fire |

Well, I have experienced trauma with fire.. I was driving my car and my radio caught on fire and I had to stop fast and get out.. wires melted. Guess that let me know to have someone install things that know what they are doing. The second fire was the worst of all.. my home burned to the ground, and my family was left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on our backs... devastating and just happened only 13 months ago. |

I've been a few accidents and also witnessed several as they happened. I have also witnessed several fires, usually as a volunteer firefighter or in the Navy as part of a damage control party. |

I've seen a car run into another car head first (not that fast, probably 10mph) at a stop light. Then the car backed up and just drove off. The poor kid who was hit was sitting in his car crying and had smoke coming out of his car like crazy. :/ |

I've only seen minor fender benders and one pickup that slid across 4 icy lane of highway, hit the median and spin around facing in the opposite direction. He was alright, I was following at a good distance. I was in a very serious accident as a child. I rode my bike after swimming, ran a stop sign and broadsided a car, removing the mirror with my face, putting a dent in the drivers side door with a hip and coming down in the road on my head. I do not remember the accident, my brother saw it though. To this day he will not talk about it. He was 8 and I was 9 at the time. |
