Yeah I have some info....piercing your tounge is stupid. Really.....someone is going to jam a huge gaged gouging needle through your tounge....what do you think it's going to feel like.....It's gonna hurt. People who say it doesn't hurt are lying. When will people be original in their thoughts and actions, instead of following like sheep. Someone tell me,...when did looking like a dang keychain become a sexy fad everyone has to follow. I'd bet money you're smart enough to find something else to make yourself unique...  |

Everyone is diffrent.. it didn't hurt having it periced but a few hours later it really really really hurt..lol. it hurt to eat for about 3 days.. I had lots of juice pops and baby food. But some peop-le I know never even really had any pain so you'll never know until you do it yourself *hugz*  |

I was going to do it, untill my bro got his done.. his tung swellede up really bad, and started to turn black. diabetes runs in my family, so we are more succeptable to infections (and gaingrene) so I never bothered.. good luck if you get yours done!  |

razortalon.. Let me just say that pericings are "original" just like tatoos are a form of body art diffrent people do it for diffrent reasons. what you do to your body reflects who you are. You could also say putting on make-up is wrong, or painting your nails, or putting on rings. I have tatoos and pericings, but I don't do it because I'm a sheep. I do it because I am unique. I could say because you don't... you look just like everyone else.. kinda like a sheep. |

it's different for everyone, they will clamp your tongue down and shove a huge hollow needle into it, if your tongue pulls away there can easily be consequences! if you have a short tongue it cannot be peirced because it may cause your tougue to split you cannot eat/drink yeasty items(such as beer) it can cause infections  |

My best friend got her tongue peirced a couple months ago, said it hurt more to bite your tongue than have a hole poked thru it. lol, there was swelling for 3-4 days but it went down and was gone in about 2 weeks. She had to use a special mouth rinse a couple times a day for a month.  |

One of the girls I work with did it. She ate soup for awhile, talked funny for a week or so, she's okay now. Not for me, I'm too old for it, but if you want to, go for it. I hate pain!!!  |

I want to get mine done! I also want to get my nose piereced but i am really scared to do that! lolz so i dont think i will get my tounge done! *hguz* ummm you will have a lisp, and you wont be able to eat solid foods for a while, but apart from that its alrite, however there are risks when getting your tounge pierced! So be careful that you go to a pro. becuase you can paralyse one side of your face i have heard  |
