Friendship's Flame...Predictor

On this torch, a flame burns bright
One of strength and might
Always burning, lighting the way
Just like a friend, it'll guide you on the darkest of days

A friend is someone that will be there through all
Never wavering or letting you fall
They will bring the best out of your heart
Helping to keep you from the dark


By yourself you may seem strong
But together you can over come all
No matter the struggle or the pain
You can count on a friend to help see the way

If ever you find yourself lost and alone
Look to your friend, and you will be home
For a home is where you are accepted and made free
And with your friends you get these things

So remember this flame burns bright in your heart
For the same flame is in your friends from the start
Love of a friend is something you can never replace
For it starts as a spark, and grows bigger every day

You may not notice a friend is there
Waiting for you to come near
Open your eyes and you maybe surprised
Where you least expect, a friend is in your sight

Pass this on to those you consider a dear and loved friend. You can't replace them, for their friendship was not asked for, but was always there for you to find. We sometimes overlook the friends we need, when we feel nothing is worth trying for. I was reminded a while ago by a friend, and I quote him now. "Any friendship worth having has it trials, it's ups and downs. It also has those that may try to break it up, but to fight for that friendship is what counts."
