I Need To Lose Some Weight....PLEASE HELP!!! ~*Got Bubbles?*~

Hey everyone...lately the stress has really been on and I've been eating ALL THE TIME!!! I gain weight, like most girls, during my cycle, but then I lose it after wards. But now I'm eating alllll the time!! My parents are like OMG! Shes eating sooo much! Whats going on!! The stress is on and so is the boredom. When I get really really stressed or bored, I head for the kitchen. I REALLY need to stop this!! But It seems like I can't. I was getting dressed this morning and I out my pants on and OMG I almost burst into tears. I looked like a blimp!!! I felt like one too. So I grabbed another shirt (spegettie) and put that on under my shirt so it didnt look as bad and so I would be warm. I felt so ugly. With my shirt pulled over my hip bones it looks fine, like im as skinny as people say I am, but they dont see me the way I see myself. I see a tummy coming, love handles, where my hip bones normally stick-thats going bye bye, I see a big booty coming too. When I have shorts on, and a normal shirt on, I look fine, but when I show the slightest big of stomach, I look like a blimp. I can feel where the love handles are too. Right over my kidney's. I put my hands right below the love handles and theres a dip then goes into my thighs. I feel like a dang blimp!! I'm excercising, dancing a lot, and nothings working. Im trying to cut back on the junk food, but thats what I eat every day at skool for lunch. (If you've seen my post about my school lunch you'll understand how bad it is) Tomorrow Im gonna take tomatoes, green beans, carrots and corn heated up and put into a container to skool n have that for lunch. Cause its acutally VERY good and not junk food!!! I just feel so gross when I eat junk food!! I've been 145lb before and thats when I went on a aneroxic spree and flipped out. I need to lose some SERIOUS weight here soon. I want to be 125. I am currenly 137.34 How can I lose some serious weight by like April?? Im really flipping out that I gained so much weight!! :-( :-(

What I do is try to eat between 1200 and 1600 calories a day, then exercise 400 of the calories off (the goal is to eat 1200 calories w/exercise or less). Cut back on pop and snack foods and your lunch sounds like a good idea. If you do that you should be fine Lemme put it this way: I was 190 last May, I'm now *almost* 160 (I'm 163 lol!)

I really dont keep track of calories cause its hard being in hig school and all...One peron gets fries ane everyone grabs some. its sorta like one person has fries, another ice cream, another chips. Everyone offers to everyone basically. And when your hungry, you dont turn down junk food. LOL I'll definetly try my hardest!! Sounds like a great idea! *huggs*

If you however must do so with out medical advice then I suggest "The Atkins Diet" or "The South Beach Diet." Both can be found on the net. As always make sure you are taking vitamins when you do this. And drink plenty of water as well. Also talk to your parents and best friend. Support from them is the key here. Dont do this without anyones knowledge.

Neither does my mom. it work great for people who need to lose bigger amounts of weight but I dont. Only 12lb. So I really dont know...but I'll think about it. Thanxies *huggs*  
Date: 3/3/2004 9:19:00 PM  From Authorid: 31048    Eat yogurt twice a day for about a month and I promise you will get results! You don't have to substitute it for a meal or anything, you can just eat it as a snack. All the calcium in it speeds up your metabolism...it really does work. Good luck

Cutting back a lot of sugar, soda, fried food, some breads unless it's low carb, eatting more meats and veggies. I also excersize as well whenever I can. I try to excerize at least 30 mins to an hour a day... 3 to 4 days a week.

I had slimfasts for breakfast and lunch, and little healthy snacks in between, and then i had lean cuisine and wieght watchers stuff for dinner, but i had to stop cause the food was getting expensive and the slimfast made me dizzy, and nausus, it does that to some people lol. well, good luck

Date: 3/4/2004 6:53:00 AM  From Authorid: 7672    Beware of the protein intake when following Atkins. Too much of it may cause kidney damage ! Try to eat 6 times a day (3 meals and 3 healthy inbetweens). That might help as well because you don't get starved and overeat.

(which is very good...for me atleast) A grapefruit with Splenda insted of sugar, LOTS of water and im in the process of eating mixed veggies as we speak. I cut down hoe much sugar I ate last night before bed too. And I grabbed a handy waterbottle n drank that before bed. Only bad thing bout doing that, I woke up with a full bladder :-( Im still getting use to drinking all this water. hehehe *huggs* Thanx soooooooooo much guys!!!
