Hmmmm, I've been having some trouble with shampoo build up on my hair, so even though it's not thinning, I'm going to try the baking soda to see if that helps....gee is there anything baking soda can't do? |

A shampoo that really works on build up on your hair is this clear Panteen Pro V Clarifying. It's awesome. |

Thanks for the tips! I have long hair, and just had to trip so much of it off because I lose to much hair. I'm not like balding or anything, just really thin hair and I lose alot. I could use these tips until I can get it to thicken up. Another good way to strip your hair of the things that weigh them down is like vinegar/water solution. |

There are also vitamins for hair that work really well. You can buy them at WalMart. |
