I would double check the connection to be sure the printer is communicating with the computer and I would pull up the software for your printer and try running a test. Also....maybe try restarting your pc?? I am NOWHERE near a computer expert, those are just the things I would do....lol just to let you know.  |

This is a standard error if the computer cannot get a response from the printer. Check BOTH ENDS of the connection to make sure that they are secure. Make sure the printer has paper, and does not have a paper jam. As Mrs Strider says, sometimes your printer is telling you something (if it has such a display panel) pressing enter usually clears errors of this sort  |

Sometimes a paper jam can cause that-- It can throw the ink cartridges out of line and confuse the printer. You can try re-positioning them and make sure that there are no print jobs backed up and waiting. You might have to delete the ones that are backed up in queue waiting ~Satori Crush  |
