That is totally unfair!!!! I'd take it up with the principle of have your parents go to the principle and make him/her take u outta the class. I'd write a HUGE long thing on how mad I would be, but I'm writing a paper for school :-D LOL I shouldn't be on USM when I have HW, but u know...its addicting here! LOL  |

quite a few teachers do that at my school, i just give up and do my work anyways regardless of how stupid the teacher is for playing the favoritism game  |

You should tell your parents about this... and they should tell the school board, the principle might not care if means that the team gets to have all its top players and wins the "big game"... As far as your teacher not doing his job by teaching you the things he expects you to know, the board would probably be interested in that too...  |

Most of the teachers at my school do that. I go to a small school and athletics are the biggest thing. They've given us days off of school so we can go to games. I think it's ridiculous!  |
