I make this when ever we have strawberries in season! My family loves it. I know it sounds very weird but trust me I have been making it for years and its always asked for when i bring strawberrys home.. Also its a very colorful salad so its great when you want to impress a guest thats coming over for dinner.Best of all this is SOOOOOOO easy!

***Berry Good Salad***

Dressing :: (If you have a dressing jar that works great) In a med. bowl whisk :

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup white Vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teasppon salt

Mix well and put in dressing jar. Toss with 6 ounces fresh baby Spinach and 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries.. Toss until well combined. :D So simple and yet so good !!
