Date: 2/16/2004 8:37:00 PM From Authorid: 45948 Coming from a girl who loses her voice at least 3 times a year, this works. Honey and a shot of whiskey. I know it's nasty, but it works and like someone else said DON'T TALK unless you absolutely have to. I know it's frusterating, but it helps. My voice usually returns within 24-48 hours after this. Hope this helps some. Love, |

I kinda wish we had that in the house, seeing as how you say it gets rid of it pretty fast.. My, my, I've never heard of such a fast way to cure it! :P Thanks for stopping by, Becky and AngelEyez! *croaks* |

I know eaxctly what you're feeling right now. I'm a singer in a band and sometimes I'll be sick and still have to sing 4 hours on Friday and 4 on Saturday. There's alot of tricks you can do. Follow this link - http://www.hbees.com/sisagr.html It's a throat spray for singers. It works miracles. Another good idea is to bol water and stand over it, breathing in the steam. Your best weapon though is your mind. It truely does become mind over matter. ~Satori Crush |
