This is a poem that someone very special wrote fro me, and I thought I'd share it with you all here. Her name is Stephanie.
A spark that started the fire
the sun that lit the sky
the tenderness of your touch
the breeze that passed me by
A seed fallen from a crop
the waves that rush to shore
the rain that drenched my body
the kiss I waited for
The eyes that opened up my own
a smile so bright and free
the joy that I had missed,
finally came back to me
The wondering in my mind
a question I've been asked
That left doubt in my heart
and occurred in the past
The light that shown upon your face
the new dawn that woke the day
bad memories from the past
gradually faded away
A simple sign of gratitude
to show my love and care
no matter where, roads may take us
I promise, I'll always be there
