Well..idk about that...but I can smell when it's gonna rain, or snow...and I have a specific smell for spring and all the other seasons..but yeah, I've smelt stuff before that idk what im smelling, but i DO know i've smelt it before  |

well, some say different smells are sometimes associated with spirits, if it is a smell that noone else can detect but you,... because it is meant just for you. I had someone else tell me that when they prayed they would sometimes smell roses in the room..  |

I sometimes, out of the blue, get a whiff of some unfamiliar perfume. I seem to be the only one who smells that too. Like Knightmare said, I've heard it associated with spirits also. Either that, or you have a very good sense of smell.   |

KR-Thanks! I have heard that smelling roses and other distint scents had something to do with spirits but wasnt exactly sure what it all meant...How special to smell something that no one else can and being meant just for you. That gave me a warm feeling! |

It is true that many times the smells we receive are from someone that has passed on and they are trying to find a way to communicate with us to let us know that they have survived so-called death and are still alive. If you know someone who has passed on that grew roses etc. or who loved them , then you can be sure that this is who is trying to contact you. Of course this could be the persons name too or even a spirit guide...many people smell pipe or cigarette smoke too or a certain perfume and this would be from someone who used these things when they were here! I also smell these different smells and they aren't always from spirit either. One time I was watching someone who was trying to sell something on TV. I began to smell a skunk.. lol. so I knew he was lying and that to buy his product would be a big mistake! My son used to have Athletes Foot and was working in another state far away from home. He was never much to write home, so whenever I could smell his feet I knew he was on his way home! lol.Since we are all psychic to a certain degree this is why we are able to smell these things! For those who are not able to smell what the rest of us do they have simply not developed it yet.  |

I have had that happen to me before. I dont know why.. This was at my old house I had a room be over powered by Gardenya once. (sp?) And another time , I know its strange but fresh cookies. And I wasnt making anything and all windows were shut.I can't explain where the smells came from.
Sorry I cant I can't tell you what the smells mean, I am glad to not be alone though. When I told my hubby I think he thought I was crazy. I still sometimes smell the Gardenya from time to time.  |

i can smell when a storm is about to hit, because it kinda smells like a pool, lol, but roses and things like that i have always heard that angels will comfort you, or calm you down with them.  |

itis a present of a demon. I used to smell this too but i talked to my grandpa who is very christian and he told me that it was very bad to be smelling this and should pary right away to be rid of it.  |

if its a sweet, or a pleasant smell its a spirit, or good spirit. if it is a foul odor then it is more than likely a bad spirit. the nice smells i wouldnt worry about. they are normally family or friends who have passed on. as for the foul odors, when you smell them , tell the spirit to leave at once and not to come back. you have a gaurdian angel/gaurdian spirit. ask them to make the bad spirit leave. and to put a protective spell on the house so that it cant come back. just keep doing this till you sense the bad is gone.   |
