Sometimes people come into our lives that leave such an impression that we carry their thoughts, words and deeds in our everyday thoughts and prayers. Such has become the friendship I have come into with none other than our own USMer Penny.
Many of you know her as one special lady that never fails to post a special reply to one of your posts or perhaps your Message button might be flashing with a sincere note of thinking about you and wishing you the best from this dear lady. But, many others, like myself, have come to know her in more than these ways.
I am not going to share the sacred conversations we have had or the special moments that we have experienced because they are just that; sacred. Something that is just between two people who have a special friendship that stretches across these "USM Love Lines" that crisscross across the world from all cities, countries, and nations.
Penny has had a a year of trial this past year where she experienced much more than many of us experience in a lifetime. I wish I had a way to make it all better, but I don't. But, I can share with her that I care and that I know that He won't give her anymore than what she can handle. And, as one of my favorite "lift me up" songs says, "The sun’ll come out, tomorrow".
I don't know if we can do this. I will need to run it past George and Ginger, but I would like to set up a special fund for Penny to be sent to USM and then sent on to her to maybe help her get back on her feet since the recent fire in her apartment building. I know it is a hard time for many, but maybe those who cannot spare a dollar or two could send a lift-me-up card to G&G and they would forward them on to her.
I am grateful for USM in so many ways, not only for an avenue to share my writings and thoughts but because it has opened up a whole new world of friends for me that I would have never had the blessing of meeting were it not for this special site.
Thank you George and Ginger for all your hard work and money that you put into this site. You are SO appreciated by so many.
Love, Hugs and Butterfly Kisses,
Paula
The sun’ll come out, tomorrow,
Bet your bottom dollar, that tomorrow,
There’ll be sun,
Just thinkin’ about, tomorrow,
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow, till’ there’s none,
When I’m stuck with a day, that’s grey and lonely,
I just stick out my chin, and grin, and say,
Oh, the sun’ll come out tomorrow,
So you gotta’ hang on till’ tomorrow,
Come what may.
Tomorrow tomorrow, I love you tomorrow,
Your’e only a day away,
The sun’ll come out, tomorrow,
Bet your bottom dollar, that tomorrow,
There’ll be sun,
Just thinkin’ about, tomorrow,
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow, till’ there’s none,
When I’m stuck with a day, that’s grey and lonely,
I just stick out my chin, and grin, and say,
Oh, the sun’ll come out tomorrow,
So you gotta’ hang on till’ tomorrow,
Come what may.
Tomorrow tomorrow, I love you tomorrow,
Your’e always a day away,
Tomorrow tomorrow, I love you tomorrow,
Your’e only a day away,
The sun’ll come out, tomorrow,
Bet your bottom dollar, that tomorrow,
There’ll be sun,
Just thinkin’ about, tomorrow,
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow, till’ there’s none,

Oh, the sun’ll come out tomorrow,
So you gotta’ hang on till’ tomorrow,
Come what may.
Tomorrow tomorrow, I love you tomorrow,
Your’e always a day away,
Tomorrow tomorrow, I love you tomorrow,
