Do bicep curls slowly so that you can get something out of both the negative and the positive contraction of the muscle. ummmm..... thats the only one i can really think of. If you have fit tv, which is just a normal cable channel, they show oodles of workout routines, some that even use the toning bands that you have. The channel is convenient if you dont have a vcr or any excercise tapes also. My #1 tip for you is to never ever quit. If you feel like you ate to much on monday, dont say "well i messed up my whole week. Ill just start again next monday" thats something i always did or i would eat a bunch of junk food and say i was screwed for the whole day and just eat more. KEEP ACTIVE!! do not deprive your soul of the beauty of the world. KEEP OCCUPIED!! even if you get wrapped up in a steamy romance novel or reading something on the internet. The more you occupy yourself in stuff to do, the less you will be thinking about food. Just get in atleast a good 45 minute cardio workout each day and a muscle toning workout every few days and you can allow yourself to chill for a while and read a book so your not so caught up in eating. most of the time i eat im never really even hungry. Im just bored. So thats the best information I can give you. I know drinking a bunch of water is a pain but if you keep it handy by leaving bottles of it filled up in your fridge you will drink more and it SHOULD help curb your appetite. well good luck. Thanks sooo much cloud nine for the tips LOL I had no clue what to do with that thing. I did the treadmill thing today I could only make it like 8 mins im sooo outta shape!I'm thinking of buying an excersise tape do you have any recomendations? BTW I love your tag its cute! Hugs&Cookies |

Two years ago when I lost 60lbs what I did was I ate a lot of small meals and I walked on the treadmill everyday. Also, I think drinking water helps too. I started my diet on Monday and I've lost almost 10 pounds already. I eat my small meals, and in between if I get hungry, I drink like 8 glasses of water.
