Depending on where he's from I think I'd wait awhile it seems like the mail has been moving very slowly lately. |

I thought waiting until Saturday would be enough time...that would have given him three full weeks from the time I sent payment which he got on Friday the 17th. Especially since he claims he sent it out on the Monday or Tuesday after I sent payment |

outta nearly 80 transactions now i've been toyed with a little... never not recieved something,my tiara they sent the wrong colour, they aplogised and said they will fix it i'm still waiting for the replcement(emailed them today) and a buncha new high count sheets one came with the elastic pulled away from the fabric and had to sew it.... i think it's the lack of info that some people conviently don't put in that and i have been ripped off on shipping a few times lately |

I was ripped off $154.00 right before Christmas when I bought a PlayStation2 system for my son on Ebay. I recently got my money back by filing a claim with my credit card company. The guy was a fraud, and I found out that he ripped off about 6-7 other people on the same auction. I would give it another week or so, and then I think you can file a Protection Claim. They want you to wait 30 days before filing anything for some reason. |

once i had an international bidder when it was a usa only auction, i bought my son a fisher price toy, paid through paypal, and it got broken ue to poor packing, and one fisher price toy never showed up at all. the last thing was a lady that gave me bad feedback after positive email confirmation of our agreement. i was left with no reprocussions because i had already left her positive feedback and she left me negative feedback 4 MONTHS LATER! (2arrowman, bad ebayer)the good experiences have far outweighed the bad though. i've had some really great buyers and sellers. very professional. |

My feedback is at 66 right now wth only one negative from a guy who claims I never paid him...I paid by money order and it was only 3 or 4 dollars. I was not going to pay tohave the money order traced cause that costs 15 dollars. I could have sent another M.O but that would cost another 5 dollars (including the dollar for the M.O.) and I could buy the cd for less then that used at CD Warehouse. So I took the negative feedback. I do have a higher total feedback though total is around 80 now because I have bought from some people a few times |

He's probably waiting for you to leave feedback first as he suspects you might. I feel he is genuine and that you should hang on for another week. Go to the help section on eBay and read about the procedure to report it. It may be a postal fault. Whenever I send anyone anything or return an item I always get a tracking number. Ask him if he has a confirmation of mailing which has a tracking number on. Get the details, the date he sent it and the addresses. It can happen that he got the address wrong. Ebay does have a refund policy, but you have to wait so many days. Go find out. |

I havent had a bad experience as of yet... I am right now waiting on some neopets cards I bought for my nephew, but I only won them last Monday, so it may just be a postal delay though Sorry you are going through that. |

And Karen, Wumpy! I think I know which ebayer you are talking about there, I was going to bid on one of his auctions, but I always scope out the seller's feedback first, and saw that with the PS2's and thought,"Uh, nope, not bidding on this guy's stuff" Sorry you had to go through that, some people are just frauds on there. Gotta be extra careful *huge hugs* |
