Please pray for my grandson, Moonpriestess's son...Lightworker

His name is Alex, and he is only 4 years old. He had to be rushed to the emergency room last nite with an asthma attack that was so bad, he was not even wheezing anymore, as there was not enough air going in to make a sound. This precious little guy has had this since he was born. I remember when he first started walking (before we knew he had asthma). I (Nana) used to take him for walks down the block with a little basket to find "treasures" (pinecones, special rocks, flowers). And sometimes we would be half way down the block and he would just stop and lay on the sidewalk and press his cheek to the cement. At that time, I just thought he was tired or we were walking to fast, and I felt stupid and irresponsible when I found our that that was the asthma!!!! He couldn't get enough air to keep walking! Unbelieveable, but I had never, in all my years, been around anyone with severe asthma! And I worry about him so, and last nite just scares me to death, not to even mention how it affected Alex, Moonpriestess and Crash. So, all prayers help! I know this! So, please say a prayer for him! THank you! Love and Light

Date: 2/5/2004 1:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 30747    My thoughts and prayers are with them. My son also has asthma and when he was around 2 he had an attack in the middle of the night. Some strange intuition told me to wake up and check on him. He was barely breathing. I hate to think what would have happened had I not woke up. I've lived in fear ever since even thouge he has grown out of it mostly. I understand how you all must feel.
Date: 2/5/2004 2:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 33925    My prayers are on their way Lightworker! My Son Nicholas had asthma when he was very young too. It was so severe we had to keep an asthma machine right in our home. He is almost 15 now and has almost completely outgrown the severe affects of it. I will pray he comes through this and outgrows it very quickly. *hugs*
