the chair sits by the window,as it has so many years before
but something is missing,its empty,

he sit there in it so often, but not no more,
i remember when he first, took to sitting
there by the window,7 years ago,
she had went away, and by the window he remained

the old man missed her so,,he had to stay,
but she had to go,
60 years she had ben by his side
she was his best friend, his wife,

he sit there in the chair, staring out the window
each day, looking up on the hillside,at the flowers growing
by her grave,

his leggs were weak, the hill was steep,he loned to walk
to her grave, but he knew he was too weak, maybe he could one day

the empty chair sit by the window ,,,
one day had arrived, now he was sleeping
next to his beloved wifes side
