Will I be queen? A short question

Hey Katsho I was kinda wondering something

Ever since I heard of a Band Queen I wanted to be it. But I didnt get attendant this year because my friends werent there to vote for me. I was wondering in 3 years my senior will I be Band Queen if not senior attendent or president?
