Every Friday afternoon after my kids get home from school, they head straight for grandma and grandpas house (my parents live right next door to us), and I usually don't see them til Sunday afternoon or evening (if they have school the next day). |

Well, at the young age of soon to be 16, i'm currently single (by choice). I don't have a significant other, so i get my parents something. My sister and her boyfriend always send me something separately. But what do I want? In honesty, i want the young men and women of the world to realize that if they don't have a boyfriend/girlfriend during this time, it doesn't make them weaker, or less happy. ((Shout out to the girls of my school)) |

I dont think my hunny even knows valentines day is coming up. I took the kids and had pictures made of them for his present. What I want is #1. the kids to be GONE, but like thats gonna happen, noone wants to 'sit on Vday lol. Id like a nice quiet nite, with a nice dinner, that I dont have to cook...maybe a candle lit bath sprinkled with petals, and spend the rest of the nite in bed Buuuuut, Ill probly just get the usual, "Happy V-Day hun".... |

Considering 'I'm' the romantic one in my marriage and my husband is gone, I don't have anything to say I want. Maybe a phone call from him? (We can't talk cuz he's on a ship in the ocean for military). If he was here I'd want a romantic candlelit dinner at home with rose petals leading to the bedroom and spread all over with candles in there, too. I told him I'm not too hard to please, he won't listen, lol. |

My hubby and I actually got together on Valentine's Day, so it has extra special meaning to use. He doesn't know it yet, but we're having a nice dinner at home with wine, candles, etc... I'm not sure what I want this year. I'm just greatful that he will have the night off because he had to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. |

I would just die to have a "grown up date" as my kids call it, with just me and my husband. Maybe a nice dinner, a movie, walk around the mall or something... with no CHILDREN! LOL Dont get me wrong, our rugrats are our reason for living, but Geez louise! My husband works graveyards on the weekend shift (Wed-Sat nites!) so that really hard on a relationship! There are times that grownups need to be alone, ya know LOL My son(who is 10) offered to babysit the 2 younger kids so Mom and daddy can go on a date. Ummm hmmm... I had to turn him down on that one LOL But I might get a sitter and tell them to let Dylan feel like he is babysitting too. But yeah, thats all I want. OH and a big box of Turtles! hehehe |
