I just ordered them so I havent started yet. Generally with any excersise and diet it will take about 4-6 weeks to see really noticable changes in your body. Stick with it and give it about 2-3 more weeks. What about your clothes? Are they fitting any differently? ![]() |

I've never used pilates, but have been curious about it. I've been doing a Denise Austin exercise video with the exercise ball and have noticed a difference..but I've been doing it since November..It targets the female fat zone. I'm looking for something a little different now and have been thinking of Pilates. ![]() |

by the way, I've gone from a 10 to an 8 without losing weight..so It does make a BIG difference...I also do a walking video. ![]() |

i have done basic pilates before and i found it quite good for muscle toning and flexibilty. i personally didnt do it for weight lose but it did do some great stuff for my abs. My advise for you is to look up some websites or ring around your local area and see if there are any pilates classes happening. There are two types: One is the floor exercises (thats what i did) where basically all you need is yourself and a mat and there is also the one when you use machines. Classes for these can be VERY expensive. there are also lots of pilate videos on the market that you may like to try. Best of luck ![]() ![]() |
