as far as the computer guy says I have the virus resident in RAM. So he has to use a second computer to clear the ram. And if the virus left an alithogram, then I have to replace the ram. YAY...60 bucks... SO thats the story. there is no software way to get rid of a virus in ram. Not on that computer anyways because it loads in the boot sequence even in safe mode. Its not a happy thing but I suggest that you take it in for repair. Make a deal where they check the system for free, (free diagnoses) and make sure that you have the same problem. Sorry I couldnt help more |

Other than having someone look at it. It sounds like you are having memory issues with it. Computers boot in whatever sequince they set it to boot in. I'm not familiar with laptops, however that error sounds like the memory in it might be going bad. I have a desktop pc and when I tried to change the memory in my system, it would act like it was going to load, and then I would have a blue screen and an error like that would appear. It isn't something that is uncommon. If you wanted to try it, have you put the cd in, shut the laptop down completely and then start it? Maybe it will read the cd. Hopefully you can get it working. God Bless |

well, I can tell you now that its not likely to be a memory error, which has nothing to do with IRQs. IRQs are what the components of a computer (including laptops) use to get your processor to listen to them (IRQ is shorthand for interrupt request), and if you are having a message saying about them then it may be another component that is going screwy and interfering with another component (ie taking its IRQ stopping both parts of your PC). You still need it looked at though... sorry |
