Getting the system software (windows or the like) on the new disk and then virus scan the old disk. She can then copy the files from the old system disk to the new one and she will have her files back. If she has someone who has a computer with a virus scanner already on it she can get them to put the disk into their machine and scan it for her but she may need to reload her disk anyway if the trojan messed up her windows files. This really is the only way to get these files back if her operating system is stuffed. |
