my friend needs advice ( sorry this is long)

My friend, we will call her, Kay needs some guy help. This is her story. (I am posting it for her).........

ok a week before christmas my friend and this guy she has been friends with for awhile were playing uno..well they decided to bet on it if she lost she had to drink half of a beer..and well shelost a lot..so she was pretty drunk..ok she doesn’t drink at all. anyway..if she one he said he would kiss her. ok first off my friend liked this guy back in highschool and he moved..but they have stayed really good friends..really close. so she won and she got the kiss...so then the next night he came down and they were wrestling and he kissed her two more times and said that she knew how he felt..and she said yeah she thinks he likes her more then a friend.

well anyway that wednesday he said he does have feelings for her and all this and says we are dating..so yeah she is happy ..so then the next day he is acting weird and she doesn’t know what is going on. so she emails him and tells him wut is on her mind...well he emails her back..he calls her at work that saturday and said i emailed u back and it sounds kinda bad..well if u know my friend she freaked..well after she hung up the girl she was working with said go check ur email..so she did..well the guy called right after she left and said he knows she went and checked her email..well after she read the email she was really mad becuz of wut it said..so she called him and even knocked on the door and was gonna tell him to forget it just friends and that was it..but he never did answer..so...she gets back to work and she finally gets a hold of him..and says u called her like 6 times and all this other crap..so they call it all off..and she was upset. well then that monday he calls her from KY cuz they went there for Christmas, and he apoligizes for being a butt and he said he does have feelings but he just doesn’t know. so then that weekend they get into a really big fight...becuz he is accusing her of being obsessed with him when she clearly isn’t. and he decides to end the friendship for now until she can change but he knows she can’t. so then they exchange gifts and inside was a disk..with a letter on it basically saying the same thing they got into a fight about..and thats when he said the friendship was over for now..and that kissing her made him sick to his stomach.

so then the next day he comes down and apologizing about being a butthole and says he is sorry and he wants to be friends and that he can’t stay away for that long. so everything is ok btwn them again. they return to being best friends...for about 2 weeks..and she decides to just let her feelings go for him..because of what happened..but of course her feelings didn’t go to far...cuz she can’t just stop liking someone she really cares for.

so then he came down last week and he was talking to her and he finally says he has feelings for her and he has for awhile..but he wants to take things slow..he wants it to just happen instead of them making it happen and she agreed and was ok with it..everything was perfect..he was sweet just like she wanted. but then her nephew came up to stay with her for a while and him and the guy got close..which was good in her eyes that they got a long so well.. but then he started ignoring her and always picking on..he usually picks on her but it was different this time. so then he calls her yesterday at work and he asked if she remembered ali..ali was a girl he use to like in highschool, and she said yeah she does and he said he was thinking of getting ahold of her or going to see her..now the girl isn’t stupid..she knows what he was trying to do..becuz ali does have a boyfriend . so then that night...she figured she could play his game too, even tho she felt bad after she did it, but that is just how she is, she had a guy she worked with call her and prented to be justin...now dean,the guy, knows how she felt about justin..and he was jealous of him before all this happened, so the guy calls and after she hangs up she tells em she will be back later..and they assumed she was meeting justin..which is wut they were suppose to think. well when she gets back..her nephew and the guy started picking on her again and she said she should have stayed gone longer and he goes yeah u should have and she asked y..so he gave her reason..and left it at that. then when the guy got up to leave he told her nephew bye but didn’t say a word to her. so then he calls her today and asks for her nephew and she said that he was gone for the day went to his girlfriends and he said ok tell him dean called and hung up..nothing else..now ya gotta remember this guy use to go down to her house every single day to be with her or w/e. so then later that day he calls again and does the same thing. then later that day he calls and is all sweet again..asking her wut she is doing and then he says he will be right down..so he comes down and plays the playstation for a while and finally gets her to play..everything was ok..but he didn’t show he had feelings for her..and when her nephew asked wut was going on btwn him and her , he said they were just friends..now why would he say that but say something different to her.and.that he does have feelings for her?

Do you think she should just move on or she she see where things go between them? She doesnt want to waste her time if he is just playing mind games with her, but everytime she tries to talk to him he flips out and says she is worrying over nothing
