John Kerry Wins In Iowa

John Kerry has won the Iowa caucases after all the talk about Howd Dean being unbeatable. John Kerry is in the lead with John Edwards in second place and Howard Dean in third. John Kerry is the man I have been supporting since he announced he was running for president. I belive he is the man who's ideas and platform a re closest to my own interests and will continue to support him. Inspite of the fact tha my mentor George McGovern has endorsed another man also running for the nomination (Wesely Clark) I will foolow up this post with a brief bio and stands on major issues of all major candidates on both sides in the coming days. Right now I just want to savor a first victory

Date: 1/19/2004 7:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 58809    HA! I really, REALLY, did not want Dean to win in Iowa. I'm so glad he didn't. With Kerry and Edwards at first and second...I'm content. Now lets see what happens in New Hampshire.
Date: 1/20/2004 11:21:00 AM  From Authorid: 19613    I can't believe John Kerry won. How can you listen to a word he says without nodding off? HE'S SO BORING! I've seen rocks with more charisma. Not that Howard Dean (who i was hoping would win) is a whole lot better mind you, but at least he comes off as being alive most of the time. John Edwards seems like the only person who's actually comfortable speaking in public so far.

The man is crazy. That speech he gave after he found out he lost..was terrible and frightening. I pray he doesn't become out next president. I would rather have Bush stay in office, despite how much I loathe him, than to have Dean in there raving like a maniac.
