I would have to see all of the evidence that they have against him... Without that I don't think anyone can pass judgement... I'd like to think he didn't harm a child, not because I'm a fan, but for the sake of the children involved, but if he did, then he should face the same punnishment anyone else would...  |

I think Michael Jacson is not guilty at all!! It all has to do with the money. Michael was buying houses, cars, furniture, clothes,food etc for this family, who is living in poverty. The mother is a drug addict too. When Michael said, Im srry I cant support you any more, I cant continue to keep buying you things, oh wow look at that! he was charged with chil abuse er watever he was charged with. The boys father said that he never "touched" the boy but the mother says oh yes he did! I think just cause Michael Jackson is kind heart and an "easy target" (cause of his looks) that people have taken advantage of him. Yes, he went over board on his looks and completely changed himself on the outside, but that doenst mean he's changed himself on the inside. Did u guys know he has a theme park called "Never Land"? This theme park was built for all children to play and have fun. Now if u had as much money as him, would u build a place like that, or a new mansion or BMW? I think he is totally innocent! Just cause he's kind hearted, people think they can take advantage of him and make up things that are prpbably not even true! It's sad how low shallow people act. Michael doenst even want to go back to Never Land to play with the children or see them having fin cause of the label society has placed on him. I am defending Michael all the way. He is as innocent as a lamb.  |

So he has a childs mind, that's alright. But he's a grown adult. Fact is, he can't do everything that he is accused of because he's an adult. Maybe if he was still phsyically a child, then yes, it would be okay. But he's a grown adult. I'm still a kid myself at heart. Still play video games, watch cartoons, and I'm almost 20. That part of me won't change, but I don't hang around little kids a whole lot. He does have NeverLand or whatever it's called. There was a report on 20/20 or something about the secret room they found in there. Not sure what they found, but secret rooms usually aren't a good thing. We will have to wait and see what happens. |

ok, heres my oppinnion: guilty or not, he didnt mean to do anyhting bad. sre he know right and wrong, but he's obviousley pretty twisted. maybe he did mess around, but think about it, little kid stuff, "show you mine, show me yours" kinda stuff. goofin around. still makes it wrong, but not intentional. i think he might have done it, more leaning to yes, but even if he did, he wasnt all pope about it. not doin lil boyz just to get his jollies. peace n luv oh, p.s. i think we should all just leave him alone. he didnt do anything to us, if anything he gave us countless hours of entertainment that you just cant beat!  |

This a decision to be looked at by the court, I can't say if he is or isn't guilty *shrugs* but you can't just go saying hes guilty if you don't have the evidence.  |

I cant honestly say whether or not i think he is guilty. But I can say that what he was doing was very weird! Now way in this world would I even allow my sons to go stay with a grown, unmmaried, very strange person like MJ. The whole neverland ranch thing, to me, sounds like a trap to con small children into coming there. Its just weird.  |

I don't wish to pass judgement on Mr. Michael...however he's got lots of 'splanen' to do regarding sleeping in bed with those young boys. Maybe, perhaps, he never did anything sexual with them...but it's hard to believe that, but heck...who knows. Reality may be a bit different in Never-Never-land, and normal world mores not applicable.  |

i think he is a child molester but for some reason i don't think he's guilty of this one. it may be everything i've heard about the parents or the fact that he's fighting this one and not trying to buy them off. or i could be totally wrong. either way if he's guilty or not, the parents are. if i had a little boy i would never let him go to "neverland".  |
