It was the next morning, he woke up to find Andrea out of bed already. Standing up he walked into the kitchen to find her sitting at the table crying.
“Andrea, what’s wrong?” he asked sitting down across from her.
She didn’t respond to him. All she did was cry, a never ending river of tears.
“Why?” she screamed. “Why?”
He looked at her in confusion. “Why, what?”
She stood up and walked over to the closet. Grabbing her suitcase she entered the bedroom and started to throw some clothes into it.
“I don’t understand,” he said standing behind her as she went through the closet.
Grabbing one of his shirts she grasped it in her hands.
“I don’t know what you are thinking Andrea, but I didn’t do anything I swear,” he explained trying to figure out why she was packing.
“Why did you have to leave me?” she said crying as she threw more things into the suitcase.
“I’m sorry. I just thought it would be best for us to cool off for a while. I’m sorry that I left you; it was wrong of me.”
She continued to throw things into a suitcase. She looked at the picture of them sitting on the nightstand. Grabbing it she dropped it in the top of the suitcase. He could see the pain in her eyes, it was driving him insane.
“Don’t leave,” he said looking at her. “Please I’ll make it up to you. I need you, Andrea, I love you.”
She grabbed the suitcase and walked into the living room. He watched her as she started to leave. Tears filled his eyes.
“Andrea!” he screamed begging for her to stay.
She looked right at him but acted as if he wasn’t there. Taking the newspaper she dropped it into the trash then headed out the door. Michael chased her to the elevator but didn’t make it to the doors in time before they shut.
“Dam it!” he screamed running down the four flights of stairs. “Come back Andrea.” You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or interesting stories for the world to read and respond to Click hereScroll all the way down to read replies.Show all stories by Author: 27705 ( Click here )
