Do you think this is wrong??

There's this one guy, Aaron who goes to my church. He's 16, going on 17 in a couple of months and I wouldn't exactly call him my crush but he's more of my dream guy... he's so perfect, and I'd love to go out with him even though I know we'd never make a good couple. But I was talking on the phone w/ my friend, and yesterday, half the youth from my church, went on a ski trip and her mom's church. As if that doesn't seem weird, Aaron just met her little sister for the first time yesterday. She said Aaron was totally flirting with her, and she's only 12, going to be 13 next month. I can't stand this!! I'm jealous of the both of them, and mad at Aaron (He should have kept her away), and kind of mad at Margrate. They could at least wait to like each other 4 years from now. A couple of years ago though, I liked this same friends little brother. So I guess maybe I shouldn't be made into a big deal, but even though I was a freshmen, and he was in 8th grade, he was only 1 year, 4 months and 6 days younger, so I really think that's different. I don't know why I'm so mad though. I know I'd never end up going out with Aaron so why should I care?? What do you think? Do you think this is really something to make a big deal out of??

Date: 1/19/2004 6:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 62408    One, I wouldn't worry too much, especially when you're uncertain if your sources are credible or not. Two, this is not your situation to handle. If this "Aaron" were 18 or over, and you did indeed witness him flirting/making advanced toward a girl of the age of 12 or 13, THEN you could do something about it, because then it could lead to more serious situations. This is out of your hands. Let the issue drop. Flirting is one thing...if it were a crime, the entire population of the world would be in jail. So don't worry about it.
Date: 1/19/2004 6:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 8278    it sounds to me like it is just jelousy...which is completely normal. anybody who has a crush on somebody else will feel that way if they think that person is interested in someone else. i say there is two choices you have here. a) tell this guy how you feel and see what happens. or b) let it go and don't think about it. i wish you the best
Date: 1/19/2004 8:11:00 PM  From Authorid: 60992    But maybe it just seemed like he was flirting I know that some guys are just natural flirters. But also maybe u jsut don't notice that he maybe flirts with you.. I know I've had my friends tell me I'm completely blind cuz I NEVER notice flirting when it involves me. But I do other peeps.
