I am a christian. I believe in God because I have faith. I was raised in a christian home and always went to church. Everything I learned in church has helped me in life. That's what led to me having faith. I always hear people say "prove that God exists". Ya know, I can't. BUT...when you have faith, things happen that reinforce your beliefs (at least for me it has). Many good things have happened to me that I don't think would have happened without God and that's what helps me keep my faith. |

i believe there is a judgement day, as in we only live one life and are judged by what we're doing in it. And we arent reincarnated, just are chosen to be put in hell or heaven. Hell for everlasting torture, heaven for everything anyone could ever wish for |

I believe in many different things ranging from different belief systems. I do believe in recarnation*sp*, karma, a Goddess and a God, Magick. I believe in these things because of personal things that have happened in my life and because of a strong faith inside of myself. |

alot of people believe what they do because of expierences that they have had and thats probly one of the best reasons for someone believing what they choose to. |

Hi System, I believe in the Sumerian accounts of mans creation. Those accounts were written long before Abraham was even born and some of the info contained in those accounts have only been proven with todays modern advances in medicine ie; DNA and the space probes that explored the wouter planets which cant be seen with the naked eye. How could the Sumerians possibly have known those things thousands of years ago unless what they wrote as the source of thier info was true. In case Your not familiar with thier writings, they say that the Gods and Goddesses were from another planet. They came here and blended thier DNA with our DNA and they taught us all about astonomy, agriculture, animal husbandry, law, architecture, medicine etc. In the legend of ------- I cant remember the3 guys name, but anyway he claimed to be two thirds god and one third human. Now that is just plain weird, that is until 1998 when science discovered Mitochondrial DNA. Now how could the Sumerians have possibly known that unless some advanced species of being taught it to them. Anyway, I dont worship these gods because they are just flesh and blood beings like us, but we do carry thier DNA. So thats what I believe. Bye for now. Enki |

To be totally honest, i don't know what i believe in.. and i'm sure i'm not the only one. What i do know is that i don't doubt reincarnation. If i could think of a way to explain my opinion, i would.. but it's rather hard. Thanks for posting. |

Without all the ancient theories behind reincarnation it means death is not permanent but only the exit from one life to enter the next. Matt aka |

Like i have thoughs questions in the back of my head, how do you know there is a god? If there is a god then how did he get here? , i am just 12 but i still have the right to not believe in anything, it seems to me when i ask my friends why are you something? they said well i dont know my parents made me what i am. i know what an athiest is and i totally respect that the truth is we cant prove god just as well you cant prove there isnt a god so we have to respect other people because we dont know if were right.....i know alot about athiests and they do have alot of info to back up what they believe so dont christians and alot of other religions so we really dont know whos right and we just have to accept people for what they are. |
