I can tell ya, Ultram isnt good for you to begin with. I don't know of any remedies, but if you find any, would you let me know? it might help with some of my problems. sorry that you're in chronic pain, i feel for you.  |

If anyone lets you know and if it doesnt contain any asprin, let me know too, a somedays, like today it hurts so bad just to walk or sit or anything, with my legs and feet, that I cant stand it, so let me know if anything is found.  |

My sister was diagnosed with rumatoid arthritis when she was in her 20's, and she just barely got a perscription for a medication that is injectable, that without insurance would cost her several thousands of dollars each injection, and she takes these injections every few days. Her insurance covers the majority of her medications, so she only needs to pay like 15 dollars or so for each shot, so she is saving literally thousands and thousands of dollars on a perscription drug that has made her life so much better. If I come across anything that helps, I will post it, so everyone can try it ok... You all take care. I know it hurts. Im there with you all. I cant walk across the room on the cold days and Im in Utah so it gets pretty cold all winter long. I do good to make it a day without tears from pain. Its good that I have a daughter like I do, that helps me up off of my chair, or couch. Otherwise I would be in big trouble. |

but there is supposedly a shake that tastes nasty, but it is supposed to help everything. The people who have taken it have had so much more energy and there is a special arthritis mix. Its a product called Re-live or reliv, or something close to that, and its kinda expensive and I hear it tastes nasty, but you can try it. Thats all I can tell you about that as well. |

Hello Mandy. It is so good to see you here on the site again. We missed you. For the arthritis ... geeze, I don't know. My great uncle, who I loved dearly, had arthritis in every joint in his body. He pretty much tried every anti-inflamitory drug that might help. He went great distances to the spa's and mud and mineral baths that were suppose to help. I do believe that the only thing that he found really helpful was to keep those joints moving each day. He always had a garden and hobbies that helped him want to get up each day, and move. He hobbled around with two canes, but there was never a day that he didn't keep moving. Even though he was always in constant pain. Of course modern medicine has come such a long way since my uncle passed away, that I hope you might be able to find something that will work. Also, if your doctor doesn't suggest anything new to help you more ... then get another opinion. That has helped me so many times for many things. No doctor knows it all, but many will try to make you think they do. The best of luck to you Mandy.  |

i have arthritis in my knees and back...the only thing i've found that works for me is putting heat to the joints...added with aleve or advil tends to help.  |

I have arthritis too but don't take any medication for it. My sister has had arthritis for 18 years and knows a lot about how to ease the pain... I'll have to ask her for you. She was just at the doctor a few months ago and says she doesn't have it any more because of what she has done. I know she eats only certain foods and takes "Primal Defense." Have you heard of it? Many people use aloe vera. Do a keyword search and read some of the info available. I use to drink it years ago and probably should do so again for various things. It is best mixed with something like orange juice. Make sure you get good quality aloe. There are lots out there that are not.  |

I also used shark cartilage. It seemed to help as well. But, then again, I haven't for awhile due to other issues. I do take 1,000 iu everyday of Vit C anf Vit E and have not had a cold since. |

Honey, I have the same problems. I take care of my 2 grandsons while my daughter works and goes to college. I have so much responsibility and I can't stay doped up all the time either. I take hot baths and then use cold compresses. I take Tylenol arithritis pain reliever. I wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain. My daily chores are pure struggles now. I just pray the good Lord will help me cope for everyone's sake that needs me. If you find a miracle, please let me know!  |
