Sounds to me like you may have some indigestion hon..It usually comes like that..either that or you may have a cold in your chest..If it were an older person I would suggest heart problems..but I dont think so..I suggest a visit to the family doctor to rule out anything serious though. |

wow..same thing happens to me too. it sure scares me and i am only 17. its been happening for a few years now. the pain lasts for like a minute. that is true for me too, when you have to hold your breathe, because if you breathe in or out, it hurts terribly. i thought it was heart problems because i was born with a hole in my heart or because of my bad allergies or untreated asthma, but who knows? |

Hi Princess, Im leaning towards what Blue Hue says. It sounds like a muscle spasm. Give yourself a good stretch daily when You wake up and You problably wont get those anymore. Ever watch a cat when it wakes up, they stretch themselves out real good. They know whats good for them. |
