Friend's feelings

I have a question about one of my friends. Well,my friend likes a lot of girls and kinda flirts around with a lot of people but never did anything to me. I know he's just joking around but I always kinda wondered why he always left me alone. (He acts perverted sometimes around his other friends. But joking) Yet sometimes he seemed to treat me specially. Does he notice me in any way? Or like me in any way other than a friend? I am just asking because I am horrible at reading these type of things.
