Dear, oh dear,Michelle, are you sure that there wasn't a piece of cheese in the box of chocolate you were eating? It sounds to me that you have been eating cheese before going to bed. It is a well known fact it gives people bad nightmare. Great big hugs. Take care. |

perhaps your subconcious recognized danger, the craving of chocolate was to release endorphins, so that you could calm down. Believe me, when/if you have a Incubus or Sucubus (night terror demons), confront you, you will remember it. Sleep paralysis, dark figures by your bed etc..,thats what you generally experience.. |

A night terror is a little different. Normaly you are paralized and a dark figure will appear eather next to your bed, or hover over you. They say if you don't know whats going on it can be the most terrifing experence you will ever have. Good luck to you |

62478, that has happened to me a lot in the past...it started when I was 17 I would wake up completely paralyzed and a dark figure would be in my doorway looking at me. It is freaky, this was different. |

62478, a night terror is when you wake up sweating or sitting up and you can't remember what your dream was. Sleep paralysis is when you are paralyzed and see dark figures over/near you. I would know I have sleep paralysis. This was a night terror. |
