Next month my husband and I are going to be buying a second car. Right now we have a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder. It is a very nice car(well except the oil leak which my husband CAN but WONT fix LOL)See he is a mechanic/body technician so he pretty much doesnt work on cars outside of work...but anyhow...I am looking at alot of different cars and I have found a few I am interested in more then likely I am going to buy either an SUV or a mini van since I have three kids and often have other people and their kids with me....so I am thinking another Pathfinder or maybe something similar...so that got me to wondering what everyone else drives here? HOw has your experience been with what you drive? Do you own your dream car if not what would that car be if money was not an issue?

Date: 1/1/2004 6:15:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 53900    Well I am looking at a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder for 4500 which is actually a pretty good price...it is fully loaded with lots of extras but my husbands brother works at a Nissan dealership and my husband works at a Ford/Dodge/Kia dealership (it is all three on one lot but seperate dealerships only owned by the same person...Kinda confusing I know) and they know lots of people in the automotive industry so I may be able to get a better deal when we are actually ready to buy...

Date: 1/2/2004 5:17:00 PM  From Authorid: 21867    Dream Car?? *rubs eyes* A car topic?? Wooohah! Hehe...kinda love cars. What car/s do I own currently: '98 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO-5, '92 Mitsi Galant Liftback thats about to sprout a rather interesting motor and is in the process of being converted to rear-wheel drive with the view of developing a VERY different drag/street car, '03 Toyota Corolla GT Hatch (workcar)...have owned dunno how many cars, but easily dozens, over the 18 years I've been mucking around with, modifying, racing etc cars. My experiences?? Many...good ones and bad ones...but still car-mad, so no worries. Do I own my dream car? Ummm...not really. I love the EVO-5 though, and have modified it a bit more here and there for better looks, performance, handling, audio etc etc...but its not over-done...been down the whole road of sinking scary amounts into producing show-cars, and ain't interested in all that 'bling' any more. If money was no issue, what would I have?? Either a McLaren F1 LM-GTR...or...if they would sell me it, a Lotec Sirius Concept...look that up on Google some time...gotta love a 1,300hp Supercar *eyes go buggie*
