Amazing grace how sweet the sound
When even the stars glimmer
In this dead of night...
No deepened fight,
No demon right,
No blinded sight may stop the light,

God has let you shine...
And as I lay, head toward the sky,
Before I dream a dreamer's thought,
Upon my face I see the touch,
Of the light God has strengthened such,
the little light, oh shining little light...
For hope you shine,
In Faith divine,
To let me know...
A dreamer's dream, hath not be so,
Happiness is in your grasp,
Is in your heart, is in your mind
Let go of the heartache, the pulling woe...
And as I shut my eyes to sleep,
Though future's burden tries to seep,
I cast it away, for tonight at least,
For sadness has escaped me,
Tonight be safe for me,
and for all the world...
