The greatest moment of 2003, was when the entire family, and all our animals survived a fire that burned our home to the ground, and no one was hurt, even though everything was lost, but our lives.... it was a great moment to realize nothing really matters but life itself when forced to bow down to Fate.. more people need a wake up that way perhaps, to know what really matters to you when push comes to shove.. I can say, that in 2004, I will not be so materialistic and demanding of things I may not really need, and take stock that my loved ones are the most important to me, always. There is no price tag on life, and cannot be replaced like clothing, shoes, and material things.. In 2004, I will carry with me that Fate may bring a twist in your life, but when you apply Hope afterwards, good things spring up from the ashes of loss.  |
