my math teacher gave us half of our semester test before the break. he wants us to do the problems. i'm stuck on #2 already LOL!!! i've got a program on my calculator that can find the roots to a polynomial equation. i have the answers, but i don't know how i'd do it by hand.
P(x) = 2x^5-3x^4-2x^3+7x^2-2x-6
Find all real and imaginary roots of P(x) = 0. identify andy multiple roots.
i forget what the imaginary roots are, but the real roots ended up to be something like: 1.5, 1.00000000000025, .999999999999867 You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or interesting stories for the world to read and respond to Click hereScroll all the way down to read replies.Show all stories by Author: 36757 ( Click here )
