I kept killing him but he wouldnt die

I had a dream early this morning. It was very scary and I have not really had a scary dream in a really long time. Maybe some of you can find some meaning behind this dream cause it is really creeping me out. I was with my family and it invlolved my sister the most. There was a strange guy, who somewhat reminded me of my ex-bf. He was really big and strong and was trying to hurt me and my sister. He kept trying to kill me but I was getting away and then finally he gave up and decided to try to catch a nap before he tried to kill me again. He was laying down as I was hiding under a coffee table but I did not try to run or escape cause I was too scared. Eventually my sister was really tired of trying to get away and went and got a handgun and said its over, and just shot him several times and I think I might of had a knife trying to stab him. He would never die, but finally we thought we had him gone. Everyone came out at that time, the rest of my family and some other unknown ppl. We pulled him in the kitchen and this lady (nurse woman) had some surgical gloves and was preparing to remove his intestines for some reason, but I dunno why. I said is he dead? She said, he might not be and still could come alive, so I said well once you take his organs out want he be for sure dead and she said it will help him die if he isnt dead already. He lay there and then when we had our backs turned for like a second, he ran off and climbed up a tree and was sitting there and there were other ppl in the trees also. My sister was infuriated and was so sick of him playing around and did not want to feel inferior to him so went after him in the woods. Me and her sat there yelling at him to come down, and that he had no where else to go and we were never leaving till he came down. I woke up after that, and extremely scared. It was so real to me, the dream was.

I really feared for my life, maybe it was God's way of letting me realize how happy I am that I am alive and that I could be gone anytime. Well, anyways, any insights.
