I sometimes get this way. It usually last a couple of days, maybe four times a year. Yes these are signs of depression and you may need treatment. It could be short term or you may need to take meds for a while, some people can get back and others can't. If it continues I would go to the doctors. I hope that things get back to "normal" for you. |

I agree with Gentel Breeze, this might just be a temporary thing, but why risk it. |

I am in and out of the same phase and it bothers me so much. I will either be extrmely excited or really sad. I think it could be just a phase and sooner or later you will be able to get yourself out of it. But if you cant then maybe you are depressed, about something. You say, some things have been on your mind, well, have you tried to write them down or talk to someone about them. Get invloved in something to get your mind off of things, go for a walk outside and clear your head. Do something about the things that you are thinking about, to finally get them out of your thoughts. Trust me, it will make you fell a lot better in the end, well lots of love. |

Plain ol' moodiness. Don't worry about it. If you do, though, force yourself to exercise. That'll get your spirits up. Even walking will help. |
