How do I trust a minister when I don't go to church? groovyalien

My parents don't go to church, therefore I can't either. I was told from many people that I should talk to a minister about my problems with my parents and how I am depressed over everything. But how can I bring this up to a minister that I don't even know? I mean, you can trust them all! I have many churches in my small town that I could go to after school, but how do you even bring up the conversation? I assume that the person would want to know my name, address, phone number and before you know it, I would be in more trouble. I was in enough trouble when I had a social worker come to my house in April. Enough trouble from my parents..that is. I just wish I could think positive but when you see negative things happen each day in my home, it hurts really much. I don't mean that I am hurting myself either, which is positive, but things don't seem to improve. So I am asking how do I trust a minister with emotional, verbal problems? Should I talk to a minister from a Catholic, Lutheran, or United Church of Christ Church??
