Not really...the long hair thing is kewl and acceptable. I used to have long hair.  I still kinda do...but I have short hair too...and no it's not a mullet either :-p Need new pics....oh well, it's not really odd lol  |

Could it be a fad? I'm old so I have no clue, but my daughters keep me updated. So far all the guys around here are hairy or hairless, depends on genetics, I suppose. Nope, no guys shaving around here. Lots of piercing's, everyone wants to be unique, so it seems more is better, some seem to cause longer ears and who knows what will happen to the eyebrows and nipples. Can we say "loose skin hanging about 40 or so". The ones where I can see through the holes are a mystery to me, I have nothing else to say 'bout that!  |

OMG, I have the same thing here going on, and I am not even in hs anymore but when I was they were going on and that was only 1 1/2 years ago. I see it in college also and everywhere. I dont think it is too wierd for guys to shave their legs cause I heard they do it for football, track, and some for swimming. As for the arm shaving thing. I dont get that. One time I accidently shaved a lil strip of hair on my arm off and every time I would lay my head on my arm the stubble would hurt my face so much I couldnt even catch my zzzzz's in school. It botherd me so much that I dont see how ppl can stand it all the time and their whole arms to be shaved. We have a guy in our town, and in my hs graduating class that had a fro, and I mean a huge fro. He was really popular, quarterback and hot, so he got away with it and everyone loved it. It was actually hideous, you could like hide things in there, shoes, televisions, etc...lol. But since he was who he was, he got away with it. Yeah, and the shaggy hair thing is also a trend here also. Every guy has like pretty shaggy hair, but I think shaggy hair is very attractive. I still am so concerned about the shaving the arms thing. Can anyone explain to me why anyone does that, maybe I jsut dont understand?  |

I sahave most of my body hair, including legs and I have longish hair (Think ashton Kutcher). And I dotn shave my legs jsut cause I want to, wait, I do, I do it cause Hairy legs are nasty as heck and I just dont like them. =(  |

I used to shave my arms just 'cause I really don't like hair on bodies. A lot of people would make fun of me, but I didn't care. There was a lot of talk at school about how any girl that shaves her arms is a lesbian. I stopped 'cause it was a lot of work to keep up with, shaving BOTH arms and legs every day. No, the hair hasn't grown in weird. It looks perfectly normal. And on another note - Guys with short hair usually aren't attractive to me. When I was in school, I wish I could have gone to a school like yours. Everyone at my high school dressed alike and were all extremely rich preps.  |

Some guys are really going in for this self-beauty thing. I'm pleased that some guys shave their backs. Gosh a hairy back! Reminds me of werewolves! LOL. A teacher shouting because you don't talk?
