Can someone help me please??..~Frenchtoast

Hey everyone!

I'm learning how to do the splits but I can't do them all the way. Everyday I am stretching and trying to get lower and lower. Well yesterday I stretched a lot and really worked my leg muscles. And now today I feel really stiff but I don't ache. Do you think it could be because of stretching so much yesterday? And do you think I should not stretch today to let my muscles rest? I'd appreciate your input.

Date: 12/28/2003 7:31:00 PM  From Authorid: 29262    LOL! I get that alot. Its nothing so don't worry about it. I was (gonna be back soon) in gymnastics. We had to do that. My body would ache less and less. One day it felt really stiff. Its just your muscles. You should be fine in a lil bit.
