Ok as some of you know, I'm in the process of learning how to do the splits. Well, I have a question. When I am in the splits position and have my right leg forward and left leg backward (btw I can't do the splits all the way, I'm like half way there lol), my left leg is bent. And I can't seem to make it straight. lol Does this mean I'm doing it wrong?
I also have another question. If I stretch for about 10 minutes each day and then hold myself in the splits position for about 2 minutes on each leg, in about how long will I actually be able to do the splits??? I'd really appreciate your help!
