Religious or not, you are still who you are. I myself am not religious. Never have been. I'm like you, I have no faith in any God. I have tried time and time again, praying to make something better....it has never happened.  |

Life can be so difficult without faith. Mine has sustained me for 72 years - no parental divorces - but, I had four mothers. First one died when I was born, second was my grandmother who died of cancer when I was three, a wonderful aunt took over and at age 7, I got a wonderful stepmom who was a widow also and had no children. Do you ever watch the TV show Joan of Arcadia - CBS Friday nights? It really strikes a note with me -over the years when people connected with me and really helped, they never said they were "God" - but I do believe that God does send help and messages and many times we don't listen. Kate, you are in my prayers that you connect some day! My favorite opinion is that NO ONE CAN PUT YOU DOWN WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! RAT |

Katie, it might help if you tried a different church with a good youth program. Please don't walk away from God entirely. You absolutely won't find Him unless you search for Him and try to get close to Him.  |

maybe christianity isn't for you.... there are MANY MANY MANY religions out there, you should think about others that may interst you and do some research and ask some USMers to tell you about thier religions(we have a wide varriety here) and make an informed decision, you are at that age where many people tend to question thier beliefs it's only natural  |

Because we dont get everything the way we want it in life doesn't mean there isn't any God. God sees the beginning from the end and He is still there to watch over you. Dont look at what man does or does not do about religion, look to God for all your answers, if we watched what man does we will surely be disipointed .  |
