Yeah i had the flu. I didn't puke or anything though because I didn't eat anything. That's good though because I hate throwing up. LOL I got the flu shot in october too.. I guess it wasn't strong enough or something. i was out of school for a week and a half. Terrible stuff..  |

in Australia its summer, so i dont have the flu...but i jsut got my flu injection like a few days ago, so i hope that im covered for a little while...because i hate injections! *hugz*  |

Ugh.. I've been neasous (however you spell that stupid word) for the last three days, HEAVEEEE every day. I hate it SO MUCH. Plus my work is angry at me for calling in twice, but HI HELLO I DON'T FEEL LIKE PUKING AT WORK! Errr. |

i read that the strain of flu going around right now wasn't covered in the shot and that it is an educated guesstimate which strain to cover, an iffy prospect.  |

This isn't the worst flu season, if I remember right 1999 was worse. It's because of the massive media coverage that people have paniced, ran out to get the vaccine, and now that they're running out of the vaccine, it's making even more news. There's a new strain of influenza almost every year, sometimes it won't be effected by the vaccine and other times it will. No matter which strain ya get, if you're sick from it, then it sucks. At least you can't get the same strain twice!  |
