I just find it scary that a place I know is haunted and i'm close to a lot of freaky stuff. I live across the street from a cemetary. A place down the street from my church is haunted. A place two blocks from that is haunted. A place a block from where I eat a lot is haunted so you can see I know a lot of haunted stuff.  |

That would be something to check into at your local library...since so many libraries have converted all their old newspaper files onto computers and such. See if anything happened back in history, especially given that all these 'hauntings' are taking place within a certain radius. Perhaps at one time, there was an outbreak of something like the smallpox or something, and the church was used as a hospital...or a hiding place during another time. Something like that would definitely give me the goosebumps, but also equally fascinate me enough to do the research.(During daylight hours, of course, LOL). Maybe even see if there are any historians in your area who would know about these things. It definitely sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing. --Christine  |
